How to pay and receive your Ondaradar report.
Payment and currency
The site shows prices in EUR. Payment is processed on the secure Monobank page; the bank may convert the amount to UAH. Check the final amount and currency on that page before confirming. Any additional conversion by your card issuer follows its terms. Ondaradar does not receive your full card number or CVV.
Historical reports
After payment confirmation, the report is generated automatically from the data already available. Its personal link, access code and PDF are sent to the email entered in the order. The returning payment page can also open the report. If access or email is missing, check spam and contact support with your order number.
Future monitoring
The selected start and end dates are shown before payment, in Italy time (Europe/Rome). Reports become available as the period progresses: daily updates, weekly summaries for monthly monitoring and a final report after the selected period ends. A future period cannot be delivered in full before it has elapsed.
What affects the result
Coverage depends on the monitored stations and successful recognition. No detections means no detected broadcasts, not proof that the track or advert was never broadcast. An audio-file check must complete before its result is available. A temporary technical failure can delay access or email; contact support for assistance or a refund request.
No physical shipping
This is a digital service. No postal address, physical shipment or registration of an account is needed to receive a report.
